1.04.010: ADMINISTRATIVE CHARGE:
In any instance where the city is assessing a charge or billing out the cost of city employees doing work that is to be reimbursed to the city, the city may add an administrative charge of ten percent (10%) of the total charge for time and material to compensate the city for its overhead and administrative costs. (Ord. 484 §1, 1998)
