Any holder of a Chubbuck business license that is a "construction trades contractor" as defined in section 5.04.120 of this chapter performing such services shall be required to obtain and maintain workers' compensation insurance for each employee hired by such contractor, and to certify in writing that he will obtain and maintain such coverage. Proof of the insurance provided to the state of Idaho to obtain a construction trade contractor's license from the state shall be provided to the city. (Ord. 729, 2014)
