A. A grant of any license as provided in this chapter shall not be construed to permit the carrying on of any business, trade or occupation on Sunday which is prohibited by any statute of the state or by any ordinance of the city.
B. Any person to whom license is issued pursuant to the provisions of this chapter shall display the same in his place of business so that the same can be readily observed or carry such license with him at all times while engaged in the business to which the license relates and produce the same upon demand of a police officer or any other officer of the city charged with the duty of enforcing the ordinances relating to such business.
