Each business, trade, occupation, performance or amusement referred to in the provisions of this chapter must have a license; provided, however, that a "business" is defined as any activity conducted under one roof having one management and having access to all parts of the business from the interior of the building and, if a business is conducted in a building having more than one room and if all the above required unities are present, then one license will be sufficient.
