8.04.010: NUISANCE DECLARED:
In order to secure the health and welfare of the inhabitants of the city, the city, exercising the power granted by Idaho Code section 50-334, declares the existence of "weeds", as defined in this chapter, a nuisance. (Ord. 143 §1, 1975)
