A. The commission shall hold one regular meeting each month for not less than nine (9) months in each year, and such other times as may be necessary. A majority of the members of the commission shall be necessary to constitute a quorum at any meeting.
B. All meetings shall be open to the public. Written rules may be adopted for the transaction of business, and a written record of meetings, resolutions, findings and determinations shall be kept, all of which shall be a public record. (Ord. 77 §1-5, 1968)
