2.28.030: VACANCIES:
Vacancies shall be filled by appointment of the mayor, with the consent and approval of the council. In the event of the death, resignation or any vacancy in said commission, the mayor shall fill such vacancy by appointment for the unexpired term of such member, with the consent and approval of the council. (Ord. 77 §1-3, 1968)
