2.24.010: DECLARATION OF CONFORMANCE TO QUALIFICATIONS:
It appears and therefore is declared that the "Idaho State Journal", a daily newspaper published at Pocatello, Bannock County, Idaho, conforms to the qualifications of Idaho Code title 60, and is a newspaper published within the county in which the city of Chubbuck is situated, no such newspaper being published within the city itself. (Ord. 204 §1, 1979)
