Any application for a temporary vendor's license to engage in the sale of food or beverages shall also be referred to the Southeastern district health department for approval and issuance of a certificate of health inspection (or health permit) in addition to the temporary vendor's license. The applicant's equipment shall be subject to inspections by the health department at the time of application and at periodic intervals thereafter. (Ord. 637, 2007)
