Permittees under this Chapter may only operate in approved areas specific to their permit. Applicants may propose any public space within the City of Chubbuck, irrespective of zoning district. Applicants may propose sites for their operation and in their review, the Review Committee shall consider whether the operation would negatively impact the surrounding property owners, transportation systems, and the public health and welfare.
