It is the purpose of this section to create a review and permitting process through which qualified vendors may sell or otherwise distribute food, non-alcoholic beverages, or art and crafts, and other similar items commonly found at farmers markets in public spaces in the City while ensuring that public property and characteristics of neighborhoods are protected.
