ADMINISTRATOR:
The City Clerk, or their designee
PUBLIC SPACE:
Property owned or controlled by the City of Chubbuck (sometimes referred to as “City” in this Chapter) including but not limited to City parks, streets, rights-of-way, and real estate.
REVIEW COMMITTEE:
City staff consisting of the following, or their designees: City Clerk, Police Chief, Fire Chief, Parks Superintendent, Streets Superintendent, and the City Attorney. (Ord. 841, 2022)
