A. The following qualified professional staff is excluded from city licensing: licensed psychiatrist, licensed physician, licensed psychologist, licensed masters social worker, licensed clinical social worker, licensed social worker, licensed clinical professional counselor or licensed professional counselor, licensed marriage and family therapist, certified psychiatric nurse, registered nurse, licensed professional nurse, registered occupational therapist (OTR).
B. The above licensed professionals are excluded only if their qualifications are kept on file at the treatment center, available for inspection and included in the yearly behavioral/mental health treatment clinic license application. (Ord. 632 §2, 2007)
