5.36.150: ADDITIONAL REGULATIONS FOR ESCORT AGENCIES:

A. An escort agency shall not employ any person under the age of eighteen (18) years.

B. A person commits an offense if the person acts as an escort, or agrees to act as an escort, for any person under the age of eighteen (18) years. (Ord. 616, 2006)
