5.36.060: FEES:
The nonrefundable initial license fee and annual renewal fee for a sexually oriented business license or a sexually oriented business employee license shall be set by the city council from time to time by resolution at an amount determined to be sufficient to pay the cost of administering this program. (Ord. 616, 2006)
