§ 54.23 SURCHARGE RATE.

   The rates of surcharges for BOD and SS shall be as follows:

   (A)   BOD surcharge rate, per 100 gallons: $0.000108 per mg/l in excess of 240 mg/l; and

   (B)   SS surcharge rate, per 100 gallons: $0.000108 per mg/l in excess of 240 mg/l.
