§ 132.02 PUBLIC FIREWORKS DISPLAY; PERMIT REQUIRED.
   No public exhibition of fireworks or pyrotechnics shall be given unless a permit therefor is first secured from the Mayor and City Council. All public displays shall be under the supervision of a competent person and shall be superintended by the Chief of Police or some other member of the Police Department assigned this duty by him or her.
