§ 95.01 PUBLIC NUISANCE.
   (A)   A motor vehicle which is used in the commission of or in conjunction with the commission of any of the offenses described herein shall be declared a public nuisance and shall be subject to seizure and impoundment pursuant to this chapter:
      (1)   The driver or any other person within the motor vehicle commits an act of prostitution or solicitation for prostitution in violation of the Illinois Criminal Code, 720 ILCS 5/11-14 or 5/11-15.
      (2)   The driver or any other person within the motor vehicle commits the offense of illegal depositing of trash or illegal dumping, in violation of the city code.
      (3)   The driver of the motor vehicle, while being under the age of 21, is in possession of or has consumed an alcoholic beverage in violation of the Illinois Liquor Control Act, 235 ILCS 5/6-20.
      (4)   The driver or any other person within the motor vehicle commits a violation of the Illinois Criminal Code, 720 ILCS 5/21-1.5, concerning the transportation of anhydrous ammonia.
      (5)   The driver or any other person within the motor vehicle commits a violation of the Illinois Criminal Code, 720 ILCS 5/24-1.5, entitled "Reckless Discharge of a Firearm."
      (6)   The driver or any other person within the motor vehicle commits a violation of the Illinois Cannabis Control Act, 720 ILCS 550/1, et seq., and the weight of the substance is three grams or greater.
      (7)   The driver or any other person within the motor vehicle commits a violation of the Illinois Controlled Substance Act, 720 ILCS 570/100, et seq.
      (8)   The driver or any other person within the motor vehicle commits any act of vandalism in violation of this city code or any similar provision under state law and only where the vandalism results in injury to a person or damage to property.
      (9)   The driver or any other person in possession of a motor vehicle commits a violation of the Illinois Motor Vehicle Code, 625 ILCS 5/12-611, entitled "Sound Amplification Systems."
      (10)   The driver or other person in control of a motor vehicle commits a violation of the Illinois Vehicle Code, 625 ILCS 5/6-101, et seq., or 625 ILCS 5/6-201, et seq., by operating the vehicle with a cancelled, suspended or revoked driver's license.
      (11)   The driver or other person in control of a motor vehicle commits a violation of the Illinois Vehicle Code, 625 ILCS 5/11-501, by operating the vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, other drug or drugs, intoxicating compound or compounds or any combination thereof.
      (12)   The driver or other person in control of a motor vehicle commits a violation of the Illinois Vehicle Code, 625 ILCS 5/11-503, by engaging in reckless driving or aggravated reckless driving.
      (13)   The driver or other person in control of a motor vehicle commits a violation of the Illinois Vehicle Code, 625 ILCS 5/11-506, by engaging in the offense of street racing or aggravated street racing.
      (14)   The driver or other person in control of a motor vehicle commits a violation of the Illinois Vehicle Code, 625 ILCS 5/6-101, by operating a motor vehicle without a valid license, permit or a restricted driving permit issued under the provisions of the Illinois Vehicle Code.
      (15)   The driver or other person in control of a motor vehicle commits a violation of the Illinois Vehicle Code, 625 ILCS 5/4-104(a)1 - 5, by operating a motor vehicle in violation of its provisions related to title certificates, registration cards, license plates, registration stickers or temporary registration permits.
      (16)   The driver or other person in control of a motor vehicle commits a violation of the Illinois Vehicle Code, 625 ILCS 5/3-702, by operating a motor vehicle the registration for which has been cancelled, suspended or revoked.
      (17)   The driver or other person in control of a motor vehicle commits a violation of the Illinois Vehicle Code, 625 ILCS 5/3-708, by operating a motor vehicle the registration for which is suspended pursuant to ILCS 625 5/7-606 or 5/7-607.
   (B)   The penalties provided in this chapter shall be in addition to any penalties which may be imposed against the driver or other persons within the motor vehicle pursuant to any other city ordinance or state law.
   (C)   The term MOTOR VEHICLE as used in this chapter shall have the same meaning as set forth in this city code. In addition, the term MOTOR VEHICLE as used in this chapter shall include motorcycles, motor-drive cycles, and motorized pedalcycles, as defined in this city code.
