§ 32.25 RECORDS.
   (A)   The City Police Department will maintain records of persons trained, the dates of the training sessions, the contents of the sessions, the names and qualifications of persons conducting the training and the names and job titles of persons attending the training. These records will be retained as part of the officer’s permanent training record.
   (B)   The City Clerk will maintain a record for each officer with an occupational exposure. Each individual employee record will consist of the employee’s Hepatitis B vaccination status and the pertinent documentation from each reported exposure incident.
   (C)   All medical records will be kept confidential, and will not be disclosed without the employee’s express written consent, except as may be required by law.
