§ 113.21 SALES TO INTOXICATED PERSONS, DRUNKARDS, AND THE LIKE.
   It shall be unlawful for any holder of a retail liquor dealer's license issued pursuant to this chapter to sell, deliver, or give any alcoholic liquor to any intoxicated person or to any person known to him or her to be a habitual drunkard.
