The policy of the City Council is that the recording of the City Council meetings is done strictly to assist the Clerk with preparing minutes in the future, and the decision as to whether to record or not record any meeting will be the decision of the Clerk as the Clerk deems necessary to assist with preparing the minutes from any meeting.
