§ 154.99 PENALTY.
   It shall be illegal to sell or offer to sell any lot, tract or property, which does not conform to the requirements and regulations of this chapter. Every such sale or attempt to sell shall be subject to a fine of not less than $25 for each lot or tract as provided by state statutes.
