§ 154.59 REQUIRED SETBACKS.
   The following are minimum setback distances for the various classes of streets and highways, measured from the street centerline, which shall be shown on the preliminary and final plats of the subdivision:
 
Any street within the subdivision other than a state, county or Road District highway
55 feet
County highway
85 feet
Road District highway
70 feet
State highway
100 feet
