The subdivider shall prepare and file at least four copies of the engineering drawings for the subdivision, as shall be required by the City Plat Committee.
(A) Additional exhibits. In addition to the required engineering drawings, the subdivider may submit to the City Plat Committee, additional exhibits illustrating the type and location of additional physical improvements.
(B) Source of drawings. The engineering drawings as required by these regulations shall be prepared by an engineer qualified to practice in the state, and bearing his or her name, address, seal, registration number and signature.
(C) Modification of physical improvements during construction. If the subdivider wishes to modify the size, type, quality, quantity and/or location of any or all of the required physical improvements during construction of the subdivision, he or she shall first obtain approval of the modifications from the Plat Committee before proceeding with the installation of the modified improvements.
