(A) The Department will annually, through approved courses, provide blood-borne pathogen training.
(B) The Department will annually review precautions, controls, equipment and training. Revisions will be made when deemed appropriate.
(C) The Department will provide personal protective equipment (PPE) to the employee, by maintaining an adequate amount of communicable disease control supplies in all Departmental vehicles.
(D) The Department will coordinate and administer the Hepatitis B immunization program and maintain an accurate, confidential record for each employee with occupational exposure.
