§ 152.02 CONSIDERED DANGEROUS.
   All confined spaces shall be considered immediately dangerous to life and/or health unless proven otherwise. Before a person is allowed to enter a confined space, tests must be carried out to determine the concentration of any known or expected flammable or toxic containment present and to determine the concentration of oxygen. If air contaminants in a confined space are found to be above the established limits and sufficient oxygen is present, the space must be continuously power ventilated and monitored during the time anyone is in the confined space.
