The owner, agent or other person responsible shall, within 90 days after written notice pursuant to § 151.04 of this chapter is served or published, rehabilitate the building or structure and make it fit for human habitation, or for commercial of other authorized uses, or in the alternative shall demolish and remove same. Said 90-day period may be extended for good cause upon written application to the Building Inspector where the public health, safety and welfare is not endangered.
