§ 32.01 NATIONAL INCIDENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM ADOPTION.
   It shall be the public policy of the city to adopt the NIMS concept of emergency planning and unified command. It shall further be the policy of the city to train public officials responsible for emergency management.
