§ 111.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of this chapter shall be fined not less than $100, nor more than $750, for each offense; and each day on which a violation occurs shall be considered a separate offense.
   (B)   Any licensed peddler or hawker who shall be guilty of any fraud, cheating or misrepresentation, whether through himself or herself or through an employee, while acting as a peddler in the city; or who shall barter, sell or peddle any goods, wares or merchandise other than those specified in his or her application for a license shall be fined not less than $100, nor more than $750, for each offense, and the Mayor may revoke his or her license for such offense.
