(A) The fee for such peddler or hawker using an automobile or any other vehicle shall be $500 for each vehicle for a yearly license; $200 for a monthly license; and $100 for a daily license. The fee for each peddler or hawker not using any vehicle shall be $500 for a yearly license; $200 for a monthly license; and $100 for a daily license.
(B) The hours of operation for license holders under this chapter shall be 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Any violation of the hours of operation shall result in the revocation of the license. License holders are prohibited from approaching any residence where a “no solicitation” or “no peddlers” sign, or any similar sign is posted.
