§ 110.02 ISSUANCE; COST; CANCELLATION OR REVOCATION.
   (A)   The cost of said license pursuant to application made shall be the sum of $150 and an annual renewal fee in the sum of $150 shall be due and payable on 11-1-2011, and on the same day of each successive year.
   (B)   Failure to pay such renewal fee shall constitute and automatic revocation of a license; otherwise, a license shall remain in force until a cancellation request is presented to the City Council in writing, or until such license which, in its discretion, is for the best interest of the city.
