§ 72.28 PERSONS UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL, NARCOTICS.
   (A)   (1)   No person who is under the influence of intoxicating liquor may drive or be in actual physical control of any snowmobile within the city.
      (2)   Further, no person who is an habitual user of or under the influence of any narcotic drug or who is under the influence of any other drug to a degree which renders him or her incapable of safely driving a snowmobile may drive or be in actual physical control of any snowmobile within the corporate limits.
   (B)   No person shall consume any alcoholic liquor while operating a snowmobile within the city and any alcoholic liquor transported in a snowmobile shall be in its original package and with the seal unbroken.
