§ 72.27 ACCIDENTS.
   Operators of snowmobiles involved in any accident with another snowmobile or any other motor vehicle or pedestrian shall make accident reports in accordance with the provisions of the State Snowmobile Registration and Safety Act, 625 ILCS 40/6-1. Snowmobiles are operated at the driver’s risk and, if involved in an accident, the operator shall be considered guilty of contributory negligence.
