§ 30.01 REGULAR MEETINGS.
   (A)   The regular meetings of the Council of the city shall be held on the first and third Monday of each and every month during the year.
   (B)   The regular meetings of the Council of the city be held at 7:00 p.m. at the City Building on the first and third Monday of each and every month during the year.
