(A) Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be subject to a fine of not less than $10, nor more than $750. Each act in violation of any of the provisions hereof shall be deemed a separate offense.
(B) Vehicles illegally parked on any public street or alley are also subject to tow and storage after a reasonable attempt has been made by the Chief of Police or his designees to locate the registered owner and request the immediate removal of the vehicle. Such tow and storage will be provided by a local towing company at the vehicle’s registered owner’s expense. All arrangements for settlement with the towing company for the cost of towing and storage will be the registered owner’s responsibility.
