(A) (1) It shall be unlawful to operate any motor vehicle in the city on SR 1 at a speed in excess of 35 mph, or 20 mph in a school zone.
(2) It shall be unlawful to operate any motor vehicle in the city on any street other than SR 1 at a speed in excess of 25 mph, or 20 mph in a school zone.
(B) Any and all police officers of the city are hereby authorized to use a radar detecting device to determine the speed of any motor vehicle being driven on the streets in the city.
(C) (1) The Chief of Police shall post such speed zone signs as may be necessary to give proper warning relative to speed regulations in the city.
(2) The Chief of Police shall post such signs as may be necessary to give proper warning that radar speed detecting devices are in operation in the city.
