8.12.030   Contracting for disposal of garbage.
   Nothing in this chapter shall prohibit the city from contracting with some responsible person for the collection and disposal of such garbage should it become advisable and necessary to do so. Any contract for such collection and disposal shall be done in accordance with Section 7-14-4105(2) and 7-5-4301(1), MCA, (1997).
