8.04.070 Each day separate violation.

If, after notice served upon any person or persons, corporation or corporations, or associations of persons, such nuisance is allowed to exist for a period of ten days, then each twenty-four-hour period thereafter in which the nuisance is allowed to exist constitutes a separate and distinct offense and a separate and distinct violation of this chapter.
