A. All transmission and distribution structures, lines and equipment erected by the licensee within the city shall be so located as to cause minimum interference with the rights and reasonable convenience of property owners who join or abut any of the streets, alleys, or other public ways and places.
B. In case of disturbance in the street, sidewalk, alley, public way, grass or paved areas or any other public or private property, the licensee shall first obtain the consent of the city council to cause the disturbance and shall, at its own expense and in the manner approved by the city council, replace and restore the street, sidewalk, alley, public way, grass or paved area or any other public or private property in as good a condition as before the work involving such disturbance was done.
C. If at any time the city shall lawfully elect to alter or change the grade of any street, sidewalk, alley, or other public way, the licensee shall, upon reasonable notice in writing from the city, remove, relay and relocate its poles, wires, cables, underground conduits, manholes, and other fixtures at its own expense.
D. Any fixture placed in any public way by the licensee shall be placed in such a manner as not to interfere with the usual travel on such public way.
