5.04.120   Maintenance of order—Police.
   Every licensee of an establishment for the sale of beer or liquor for consumption on the premises, and his employees, are responsible for the maintenance of good order in and about such establishment, and such licensee and his employees must call the city police to their assistance when such action is necessary for the maintenance of good order within such premises. The city police or special police officers on duty shall have the right to enter at all times upon such premises for the purpose of investigation or to enforce the provisions of this chapter or of any ordinance of the city or any law of the state.
