5.04.110   Entertainment prohibited.
   A.   No licensee of any establishment for the sale of liquor or beer for consumption on the premises, nor his employee, nor any other person, shall offer, present, allow or permit any entertainment in or on the premises; provided that this section shall not apply to any bona fide club licensed and operated by a fraternal or veterans' organization.
   B. As used in this section, "entertainment" includes every species and kind of entertainment as that term is commonly understood, including vaudeville, variety and motion picture shows, and every form of dancing, except the usual or social forms of dancing participated in solely by bona fide patrons, but excluding the use of radios and juke boxes.
