A. No person under the age of nineteen years nor any intoxicated or disorderly person shall frequent, visit, be or remain in or about any premises where beer, wine or liquor are sold for consumption on the premises.
B. No licensee or his employee or any other person shall allow or permit any person under the age of nineteen years or any person who appears to be in an intoxicated or disorderly condition to frequent, visit, congregate, be or remain in or about any premises where beer, wine or liquor are sold for consumption on the premises.
