5.04.040   Liquor sales—License required—Fee.
   Every licensee licensed by the Liquor Control Board of the state to sell liquor at retail within the city, before making any sales of liquor, shall also secure from the city a license to sell the same, and shall pay for the use of the general fund of the city an annual license fee of one hundred fifty dollars.
