A. Existing businesses engaged in the manufacturing and transportation of marijuana products in the City may continue under the following conditions:
B. The lawful use of the buildings, structures, and premises, as marijuana manufacturing and transportation businesses, existing at the time of the adoption of this chapter, although such use does not conform to the provisions hereof, may be continued; provided that the use of the buildings, structures, and premises comply with the following requirements:
1. That any building, structure, or premises shall not be enlarged from its present size or moved from its present location.
2. That the buildings, structures, and premises emit no foul or offensive odors or fumes.
3. If the use of the buildings, structures, and premises as a marijuana manufacturing and transportation business is discontinued for a period of three continuous months, such premises may not be used as a marijuana manufacturing and transportation business thereafter. (Ord. 533 §6, 2023)
