5.24.050 Personal use.

Commercial cultivation, manufacturing, testing laboratories, and marijuana transporter facilities are prohibited from operating in the City, unless otherwise stated herein. Cultivation of marijuana is only allowed for personal cultivation for personal use as allowed by Montana law. (Ord. 533 §5, 2023)
