5.24.040    Definitions.
   For purposes of this chapter, words, phrases, and expressions are subject to the definitions set forth in MCA §16-12-102. The provisions of state code and any rules or regulations promulgated thereunder are incorporated herein by reference except to the extent that more restrictive or additional regulations are set forth in this chapter.
