5.24.010 Purpose.

The purpose of this chapter is to implement the provisions of the Montana Marijuana Regulation and Taxation Act (MCA §§16-12-101 et seq. (The "Act"). The provisions of this chapter shall apply to all marijuana business within the City, including both medical and recreational marijuana cultivation, manufacturing, transporting, testing, and dispensaries, unless otherwise stated herein.
