In this chapter the following terms have the meanings indicated below:
A. “Immediately” is defined as: occurring without a delay of more than ten (10) minutes.
B. “Operable” is defined for purposes of this chapter as: capable of being immediately used, driven, or operated.
C. “Vehicles” are defined for purposes of this chapter as: motor vehicles, automobiles, cars, trucks, motorcycles, motor scooters, mopeds, quadricycles, three- wheelers, four-wheelers, all-terrain vehicles (ATVs), boats, trailers, semi-tractors, recreational vehicles (RVs), campers, and all other instruments of conveyance.
