Signs Not in Use. Any sign which no longer advertises a bona fide business, product or service shall be removed by the owner, agent or person having the beneficial use of the premises upon which such sign may be found within thirty days after the written notice from the building inspector.
Upon failure to comply with the notice within the specified time, the building inspector is authorized to cause removal of the sign as provided in Section 17.36.240.
