A. Projection. Projecting signs may not project over public property beyond six feet or more than two thirds the distance to the curb line, whichever is less. They may not project into an alley more than one foot.
B. Size. Projecting signs must be no larger in size than two square feet for each lineal front foot of the property.
C. Vertical Clearance. Projecting signs shall maintain the following minimum vertical clearance where they project over:
1. Alleys: minimum of fourteen feet;
2. Other public property: minimum of ten feet.
